Your city government is committed to engagement, efficiency and excellence. As we deliver on core services to our residents, we rely on Little Rock 311 as the critical link between residents and our City team.
Little Rock 311 received nearly 160,000 requests for service last year. Our 311 team answered general questions about basic city services, fielded reports about potholes, got requests for bulky item pickup, and so much more.
Because Wednesday is March 11, or 3/11, we are celebrating that day as “311 Day.” We are raising awareness all week about our 311 program and its commitment to address all resident concerns, while coordinating a timely response and high-quality service.
The City’s 311 program is more than two decades old. What first started as a telephone call-in line is now accessible in a variety of ways. While residents may still pick up the phone and dial 311, we now have an app, email and online reporting tools that make for more responsive navigation and tracking.
Please download the 311 app in the App Store or Google Play, and download and report issues as you see them. It’s as simple as taking a photo, tagging your location, and providing as many details as possible to help us address your need.
If you do not have a smart phone, you can submit an online request or email LittleRock311Service@littlerock.gov. You can also simply dial 311. And, If for some reason a phone doesn't connect to 311, try (501) 371-4437.
Our 311 team's call center is open Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon. However, requests can be submitted through the app or online at any time.
When you call 311 or submit a request through the app or online, our 311 team will need your name, address, contact number and email address. To expedite service, provide details and location of the service request or issue you are reporting. Our team will then route the service request or report to the city department responsible for handling the matter. Once that is complete, the request is considered resolved. Residents can track the status of their requests on the app.
We are committed to accessibility, providing support in multiple languages and making it less difficult for residents with disabilities to report issues and request services.

As we observe “311 Day” on 3-11 this week, we offer our gratitude to the members of our 311 team, and we appreciate them and our residents who use the service.
